Glitch in Stadium atmosphere and Commentary. Have to re-download everytime

There is a glitch in the game. My Stadium atmosphere and commentary was downloaded but when I restarted the game it is not downloaded. Whenever i download it. It starts working but when i close the game and re open the game. Everytime i have to download it again and again. Kindly fix it asap
