Glorious Seasons Malfunction

Hi.

In Glorious Seasons, Real Madrid chapter, Real Madrid vs. Mallorca match, there are two mandatory objectives: to score 1 goal with a defender in his base position and to win the match by scoring 4 goals. I achieved both of them several times but the game says I didn't. It says I achieved 1/2 goals with a defender in his base position, but the objective is to score 1. Does anyone know what's wrong?

I have sent screenshots, but EA help center is unuseful.
