Got banned for skill FC Mobile
A few days ago, I received a ban for no reason. I contacted support, and they told me I was a cheater without providing any evidence. This is entirely untrue; I have never used cheats. I was a highly active player with a 400-day daily login streak.
The only things I played that day were 3 H2H matches and a tournament where I scored 44 goals. That was my personal record, and I suspect that is exactly why my account was blocked. I have already submitted an appeal, as I mentioned earlier.
However, I have a few questions for you: even if I get unbanned, can I ask for compensation for the resources I lost during the days I was wrongly banned? And should I fight this to the end, or just quit the game entirely because of how they treat their players?

If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. I see you've done this once already, however they'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.
We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. You can also resume a case from this page if you don't feel it was resolved properly, and a different member of the ToS team will take another look.
