Audio System & UI Desynchronization

Hi EA Support Team, I am experiencing a technical audio bug in the game. In my Audio Settings, I have set the "Home Chants" slider completely to 0%, but the stadium crowd noise and chants continue to play at full volume during matches across all game modes (Head to Head, VS Attack, and Manager Mode). The audio slider is not affecting or lowering the crowd sound at all.
Could you please resolve this issue for me as soon as possible? Thank you.
