H2H network problem

Hi , I'm sincerely playing this game couple of years. Lot of things changes in game. But one thing they can't change and solve. Connecting to the server and Matching making troubleshoot is always their for us . It's making frustration and also lose that game, event tokens, time also... Once I report this issue since One week I don't have that problem. But exactly on 8th day it comes again and I report this issue again and it didn't comes a week and repeatedly happen these same process. Please solve this as much as possible to me.
