Hardware Spec Block on Oppo A18 After Latest Update (Helio G85 / Mali-G52 MC2)

Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue regarding the latest update of EA Sports FC Mobile on my mobile device, an Oppo A18.

After updating to the latest version of the game, I am completely blocked from playing. Upon launching the application, it stops at the loading screen ("Getting Warmed Up...") and displays the following error message: "Note: Sorry, your hardware specs are too low to run the game. Please try again using a more recent mobile device."

I believe this hardware block may be an automated whitelisting error or a misidentification by the game's hardware scanning engine. Below are my device specifications:

• Device Model: Oppo A18 (CPH2591)

• Processor (SoC): MediaTek Helio G85

• Graphics Processor (GPU): Mali-G52 MC2 (Dual-Core)

• RAM: 4 GB

While I understand that lower-end GPU architectures (like the Mali-G52 MC1) may no longer be supported, my device features the Mali-G52 MC2 variant, which meets the baseline requirements to run the game engine. Prior to this update, the game ran smoothly on low-to-medium graphical settings without performance issues.

Many other players utilizing the Helio G85 chipset are currently experiencing this exact same block. Could the development team please review the hardware compatibility list for this update and verify if the Mali-G52 MC2 can be whitelisted?

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
