The League creation option has now been re-enabled! Let us know if you encounter any further issues and thanks for your patience while we dealt with this!

Hey folks,

mendozzamagic's answer is correct. We are currently working on resolving some issues in relation to the leagues.

We've posted about here as well and will keep you updated as soon as anything changes, or we have more information. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
