Help "passe star"

 

Hello.
I purchased "passe star premium" (fc mobile) from the store, and I received an email notification confirming that the purchase was completed and the amount was deducted from my account. However, I have not yet received my reward, and "the passe star" is still locked even though four days have passed."

Some help pls...

  • Contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them you have purchase not received
