Hi I have a big problem with the game I bought the star pass?

Hello I bought the star pass in game and I didn’t get it can u help me or refaund my money ?

    Hi yes I did but still I didn’t get the star pass … I bought it again .. can I have the refund or maybe fifa points instead of that cuz I but again because I need it …. I don’t know what to do more I restarted the game I even deleted the game and downloaded back and still nothing and I was forced to buy it again
