Trouble with recieving the scouting camp challenge rewards

So i played the challenge for 40 minutes and when i finished it the game somehow returned to the main screen and it didnt give me the 200 rank up points and the coins. After that the game gave me another ticket for the event even though i used my last one on THAT challenge. EA please refund me this points because i was playing 40 minutes for nothing or someone in the discussion could tell me what to do.
