I accidentally synced 2 ea accounts together in fc mobile

So I was grinding on 2 fc mobile accounts.while I was switching to another account the game asked something like switching or something I just clicked on the same one.Now both of my ea accounts are gone.I had a 105 ovr one and it is gone when I was using the 100 ovr one.Now both my ea accounts are synced to the 100 ovr one.I didn't add a phone number I believe.
