I cannot open my account FCM, always stuck on loading screen before the lobby

I cannot open my account FC Mobile, because every time i used that account, i always stuck on loading screen before the lobby FC Mobile. 

For Your information, if i used another account, the game FC Mobile work normally. 

I try everything, try uninstall and install again, used data cellular or wifi, used another device android or ios, thats never work
