I cant sell a players

Hello EA Support,

I am facing an issue with my Igor Thiago player in FC Mobile.

I have removed Igor Thiago from all my active lineups, substitutes and other squads, but the game still shows him as "In Lineup".

Because of this issue, I cannot release him to obtain Star Shards.

I have tried removing him from everywhere, but the problem is still not fixed.

Please investigate this issue and help me remove the lineup restriction so I can release my player.
