8 months agoHey Ale58557 Please try using both Wi-Fi and mobile data connection types. Make sure that your network is not restricted in any way. Go to the app info on your device and allow all the permissions to the FC Mobile app. Restart your device. If that won't work, clear the cache data of the game on your device and test it again.

Thank you very much for the answer, but it didn't work, I would like to clear the data but my account is not linked, and I'm afraid of losing it forever. Is there any other solution?
