Hello EA Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with my FC 24 Mobile account. Here are the details::in game name [viper_soul]- Uid: 717654100473593856- I used to have an account with a 102 OVR (Overall Rating) in FC 24 Mobile.- Recently, when I try to access my account using my linked Facebook and EA accounts, a different account with a 64 OVR appears instead.- I am certain that I am logging in with the correct credentials for my Facebook and EA accounts.- I have tried logging in multiple times with my linked Facebook and EA accounts.- I have checked my email for any notifications or account-related messages from EA.Additional Information- The last time I successfully accessed my account with 102 OVR was on Sunday 23rd June,2024.I kindly request your assistance in recovering my original account with the 102 OVR. @426780661129160 Have you been logging out of 102 ovr and into some other account? You may have overwritten that way and reset it to start. If you have your UID for 102 ovr contact customer service in game to try and recover

@426780661129160 Have you been logging out of 102 ovr and into some other account? You may have overwritten that way and reset it to start. If you have your UID for 102 ovr contact customer service in game to try and recover

@Sanyosa I haven’t overwritten cause my id is still in friend list of my brother but it’s not connected with my Facebook acc and ea acc that’s the prob.
I have my uid, how can I get my acc back?

@426780661129160 Only customer service can assist with account access issues - if you have your old user id and your account was linked then you should be able to recover it (especially with their assistance)

We don’t have access to player accounts on these boards, so go back to customer service, provide them all the necessary detail and confirmations that it is your account, and provided that account still exists (which it should if it was linked) they should be able to help you recover it.

If it was not linked then there is probably not much they can do as unlinked account data are only stored in the device memory itself

within the topic list there is an item called "help me get into my account" - if you follow that link then it gives you some troubleshooting tips and a link to chat with customer service
