I randomly lost my fc mobile account

Hello EA Support,

I need help recovering my FC Mobile account.

My club name was Mbappe, and my team was around 110+ OVR. When I opened FC Mobile and signed in with the same Game Center account I always use, the game started a brand-new account and put me into the tutorial instead of loading my old team.

I don’t believe my account was linked to an EA Account or Facebook. I was expecting my Game Center account to load my original team.

Could you please check if my account can be recovered? I’m happy to provide any additional information you need, such as my device, approximate last login date, or any other details that could help identify my account.
