Issue: Winning Matches gives this error: "Server is under maintenance"

I was playing as usual, but every time I win a match, the second one tells me the server is under maintenance. Then I open the game and find that my rating has dropped. My rating has dropped a lot. I want a solution to this. I will stop playing now.
