Unable to Play using Cellular Data, only with Wi-Fi

It’s been over a month since I’ve been able to play using my cellular data. Probably since the last FC Mobile update. While using Wi-Fi everything works fine, but when away from home using cellular data, the app opens but when trying to play daily tasks or play online, the game crashes. 

Error message reads: 

Resource Download Error[0x000003E8]
Please make sure you are connected to the internet or free up more local storage.

How can this be fixed?

  • Check with your internet provider whats the speed of your mobile net or do they have some restrictions for FC Mobile

    Like I’ve said, it used to work perfectly until the last major update. It’s not only me that’s having this issue, some of my friends that I play with are also struggling. Some have android and some have Iphone, and some friends have no issues at all. For those of us who are having issues, the only way we can play daily tasks or play online is if we are connected to Wi-Fi, whether it’s at home, work, or anywhere because when using cellular data, the above error message pops up after crashing.
