Leagues in EA Sports FC mobile

In fifa mobile I reached level 19 and to open leagues option it needs to reach level 13, but it is still lock for me. What should I do?

Did anyone find a fix for this? I am level 35 and league is still greyed out. I cannot advance in fc lessons because the last quest is to join a league. I’ve been chatting with ea support since October and they have been zero help, just keep sending me “troubleshooting tips” they know isn’t going to work.
