Animated Sideline Coaches not visible on Samsung Galaxy F15

am playing FC Mobile 27 on Samsung Galaxy F15. Animated sideline coaches are not showing during matches even on Medium/High settings. Support asked me to report it here for investigation. My device uses Dimensity 6100+ chipset. Please check."
