Need Help Recovering Underage Mobile Guest Account

Hello EA Community Managers,

My 12-year-old child accidentally uninstalled EA Sports FC Mobile from their tablet and lost their underage guest account data. 

We already opened a ticket (Case #248937171) and spoke with an advisor named Nathanial, who told us we must reach out to the mobile support team to get this handled. 

We do not have the old tablet UID, but here is the specific game information to locate it:
- Old In-Game Manager Name: rip_xiivoid
- Approximate Team OVR: 119 OVR
- High-Rated Players: 120 rated Vinicius Junior, 118 Gullit, Haaland as striker

We want to transfer that old team data onto their phone. The phone's account UID is (removed)(the account is currently at Level 3). 

Can an administrator please look up our old team name on the database and help us transfer it over to this phone UID?

    Hi. Unfortunately, we can't assist with account recovery or account transfers here on the public forums. If this was a Guest account that was lost after the game was uninstalled, recovery may be difficult, but you'll need to continue working with in-game Customer Support so they can check what options may be available for the account.
