Logged back into account, starting new game

Hello EA, when I encountered an issue with the game, I uninstalled it. However, when I logged in with my account (19*****[edit: email address removed]), it showed the content of a new game, and my data was gone, including a team with a rating of 104.

I tried emailing [edit: email address removed] for help, but I did not receive any response, and my case is marked as closed.

I can provide screenshots of my game and some of my purchase records. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

    To confirm if you had connected your game to an external account you will want to sign back into that account to restore your progress.
