Lost 115+ OVR Guest Account - Support Case #243734215

Hi,

I lost my OVR 115+ account (Name: Qais) due to a sync error on April 28th. I had legendary players like Icon Pele, Icon Drogba, and TOTS Yamal.

Live support (Case #243734215) refused to help or escalate to a supervisor. I am a loyal player and I just want my progress back or fair compensation on my new UID (removed).

Can a Community Manager please look into my device logs and help me? I don't want to lose my investment in the game

    Hi, sorry to hear about your lost account. If this was a guest account, its progress is only stored locally on the device, so unfortunately, it may not be possible to restore it if that data was lost or overwritten.

    We can’t review device logs or recover guest account progress on forums. Support would be the best team to confirm whether any recovery options are available.
