Missing Champions Tokens purchased with Gems

I purchased Champions Tokens from the in-game Store using Gems on two separate occasions today.

​In both instances, the Gems were deducted from my balance, but the Champions Tokens were never credited to my account or inventory. I have already tried restarting the game, clearing the game cache, and checking my inbox/packs, but the tokens are still missing.

​Could the support team or community managers please check my transaction logs and help credit the missing Champions Tokens or refund the deducted Gems?

    Same issues are common it seems but no solution yet from EA. i too have faced the same and raised an issue

    Buddy I notice that the Daily pick (1800 tokens) are the ones getting increased upon the purchase of the Champions Tokens from Extra Time
