hi mate - you have linked to the FC26 console troubleshooting … that isn’t applicable to FC Mobile as the system is completely different and there is no unassigned pile
if you have restarted the app (and if on Android, you have cleared your game cache and restarted your device) and the player is still not there, contact customer service via your in game settings menu and tell them that you have “content not received” - they should be able to check what had happened

As such we would assume user is on PC or Console.
