More than half of my team are missing on FC mobile

Hey It's been around 2 weeks since it all started.

I was just opening my game and when I looked at my players more than half of my players were missing. When I tried contacting the support , it took me more than a week to know it was a bug. A nice admin let me know to report it on the forum. Please guys help me out. I have missed out on lot of exchange opportunities and it has killed my joy to play the game.

    I don't know boss what to do right now. Almost been like 2 weeks. It's just going back and forth

    Hey , so it was on Nov 12 when more than 200 of my players just disappeared from my team randomly. I don't how did it happen but it just did. So I contacted the support team and they told me it is a bug and report it over here. I have been going back and forth but no progress yet. Help me guys
