My account has been locked *
Hello EA Support,
My account has been locked since Tuesday 24 Nov 2025 at 10:00 AM. The message says the lock is temporary for a few hours, but it has not opened for days. When I check my Penalty History it shows no records, so this seems to be a system error, not a ban.

I also have a screenshot of the lock message. This issue has stopped me from playing and collecting important rewards. My account has more than 118 FC players and ranks Legendary V in Face to Face and Legendary III in Manager Mode. The lock also made me miss progress and rewards in the Liverpool event.
I request investigating this issue, unlocking my account as soon as possible, and compensating me for the missed rewards and missions. This is not my first message, and I hope it can be escalated for a fast solution.
