Need Help Restoring Unlinked Account

Hi Community Managers, I am posting here because I am completely stuck trying to recover an unlinked FC Mobile account and the web help desk live chat keeps stalling out. My original, unlinked game data is associated with User ID: <removed>.I have an active, secure EA Profile that I want this game data manually linked to. My previous guest case numbers on the help site were closed out due to browser session time-outs, and I am unable to get through to a live technical advisor.Could a Community Manager please look at this thread and help escalate my User ID to a higher-tier support team to initiate a manual link? I can provide all security and proof-of-ownership details immediately upon request. Thank you.

    I contact an advisor but he is also saying they can't do anything and in game customer support also can't help apparently

    Thanks for sharing your User ID with us, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to restore FC Mobile accounts here on the forums. 

    You'll need to continue trying to get in touch with live support with that ID an advisor will work with you to recover the account: How To Recover Your Lost FC Mobile Account | EA Forums - 12022392. 

    If you're having difficulty staying connected while in chat, it might be worth using a different web browser, enabling cookies and pop-ups, clearing your browser cache, and switching networks. Some players have found incognito mode helpful in maintaining sessions and preventing time-outs.
