Not received items I’ve paid for

This morning I bought the Ramadan pass they said there was an error in the payment blwveee they took money out of my account this has happened 5 times over the last 3 days they’ve taken money out of my account and not given me the item I’ve paid for either return my money or give me the items I’ve paid for 

  • You need to raise a ticket with EA helpdesk stating you have missing paid for content, forums do not have tools to check the transactions or logs, thus can't help you.

    As mentioned above, we can’t review transactions here on the forums. Please follow the steps in the guide, and if you still need help, contact the team directly.
