Did you previously back up your game by linking it to your Google Play, your Apple Account, Game Center, or Facebook account? If you did, you can restore your game saves by signing in to the linked account. 🙂
If not, you were playing on a guest account, and your game wasn't backed up, which makes it harder to recover.
To make sure it's not a syncing issue, check for any pending app updates & restart your device. Then try logging in again.
If your original account doesn't pop up after trying those steps, you'll need to share the User ID of the account you want to recover with our support team directly. They'll need your User ID to locate your account.
