ok - so I did a quick calc, but without the ranks on the bench players I can’t tell what will be happening.
You do get +3 on the player, but you are -1 on the rank, so that could be enough if your players are on the margins.
your bench will be dragging your OVR down quite a bit though, I would ditch some of them as they don’t add much value
