Hello,
I believe there is a misunderstanding. This purchase was not made through Google Play Store. I bought the offer from the official FC Mobile Webstore (store.fcm.ea.com), which is operated by OTT Commerce/Xsolla, so there is no Google Play receipt email.
I have attached my bank/UPI transaction confirmation as proof of payment instead. Please use my Player ID [removed] and purchase date 24 February 2026 to check the webstore transaction.
The event is ending soon and I purchased the ₹1999 offer specifically for the 23 Draft Vouchers. I would really appreciate urgent assistance because otherwise I will miss the event rewards even though the payment was successful.
Kindly verify and credit the items to my account or advise further steps if anything else is required.
