Problem with the purchase process

I activated Star Pass in-game 15 days ago and haven't received the rewards. The season will end then and all my hard work will be for nothing. (CM: Edited to remove image as email is displayed)

    I'm sorry to hear the rewards didn't come through. Our Support team can look into missing rewards for you.

    Here's what you need to do:

    1. Grab some proof of purchase (PoP)  - check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for Apple purchases.
    2. Follow these steps to open a support team for help with FC Mobile cases.

     

    They'll do their best to help you with this from there.
