I bought 6 or 7 Vinicius Jr. OVR89 cards on Market and tried to rank it up. it is ranked up to OVR91 then just stopped. I tried 3 or 4 times and all failed. The cards I put in were taken but the OVR didn't change. It means that I spent 6-8M coins for nothing. What is going on there? Can you fix the problem or simply return the cards to me. Thanks,

What happens when the bug occurs? When I add player to Rank Up I get a failure and I am out a player and the coins I’ve spent for them. This has happened more than 5 times now

Depends on what rank you are trying to go to you may need 2 or more of the previous rank card to get to 100% chance. From Purple to Red for example you need another purple or 5 base ranked card to have an 100% chance. Not ideal but that is they way it's designed this year
I was initially unaware of multiple card requirement and actually had 2 successes at the 3rd level (50%) with a single card. Not necessarily if the bar shows less than 100% it will always fail. Its always a toss of a coin. Even with that, its not worth taking a risk when raking up players worth 5M or more. Rather have the extra card and ensure success than leaving it up to chance.
