Rank up issue

Hi guys, im trying to rank up sule from 89 to 93 and have bought multiple player cards of him to rank up, used 4 dudek’s to get him to 92 but now it shows that I have 1 eligible rank up players but...

@2e0b1f5ba4ee000f Could it be that he’s untradable meaning he can’t be ranked up using duplicate player cards?

@2e0b1f5ba4ee000f yes - if your base card was untradeable then you need to match the rank level from the tradeable player to rank him up
