Rank Up Issue

Question

So I have a 91 rated TOTY valverde who has been ranked up once so far and recently have acquired a duplicate of the same Valverde but it is not showing up in the options to rank up. Why? It is the same exact card and the duplicate I acquired from a pack and I acquired the original card from the exchange. It is not allowing me to rank him up. Please help.

@khbfs9t8jb3e  It is likely one version is untradable or is in a line up … if you have ranked untradable and unranked tradable then you need to match the rank level to upgrade the untradable with the tradable

Yeah the one who has already been ranked up once is untradeable, so I’ll have to rank up my tradable one once more to rank up the untradable one?

@khbfs9t8jb3e you would be better to get your tradable one to two ranks and then use the once ranked untradable to take the tradable one to three ranks.

If you keep ranking the untradable you will run into the same problem at every rank
