It gives me an error in which when I pick up an item it kicks me out of the game and I can't play and I can't continue playing and this will even be removed until some developer helps me because I already deleted it and nothing until I uninstall the app and continue with it same mistake

The bug arose today when I was waiting to do the tasks for the mission reset. This happens at 7:00 pm in Central America and I am playing the rival event and when I am finishing the city game and when they give me the points rivals to win that match it got so it's loading and I booted out of the game and wait I said maybe the error is internal then I show a screenshot of the error.

So I close the app, I restart my cell phone and I open the app and I get that I have an item without picking up and when I click on pick up I get the same error as above, it always repeats itself, it gives me the reward but it kicks me out of the application and I can't play or cancel that reward please help.

I cannot play and I'm losing on rivals for getting Maldini..... Not happy at all!!!
