Refund Request – 15 Ticket Pack Not Received

Hello,

I purchased the 15 Ticket Pack in FC Mobile for approximately 250 CZK, but I never received the 15 tickets in my account. The payment was completed successfully, but the items were not delivered.

I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. If you cannot deliver the 15 tickets to my account, I would like a full refund of the 250 CZK.
