SAYS LINKED BUT NOT

been trying to make noise about this for months now. IT SAYS IM ALREADY LINKED WITH MY FCM, but when i open my EA account, it says it has no idea about my FCM ACCOUNT. its just a joke how fast you take money but take 1million steps and useless links and instructions but until now i haven't talk to any of your staff nor resolved this issue. this event alone i bought 100-200 drafts per week, but i cant claim any kind of your rewards EVER SINCE I STARTED PLAYING LAST YEAR cos my ea says i have no FCM account. HOW TF IS THAT FAIR FO ME? and dont even get me started about you scripts and **bleep** game, i just collect cards on that game but i rarely enjoy games anymore.&nbsp;

It says that you are linked via both EA account and Facebook .. so what seems to be the underlying issue?
Is content missing?
Have you been trying to use two accounts on the one device, because sometimes you can accidentally overwrite one account with the other when trying to do that??
Have you contacted customer services via the in-game settings menu to see if they can help you resolve whatever issue it is that you have with your account?
