You are on the forums where CMs don't really have access to your accounts, and you do need to go back to the in-game help you seem to have tried and follow the process outlined here.  [GUIDE] EA Account Help: Hacked Account | EA Forums - 12464683 

I would be getting in touch with Google to have your account restored, to be fair.
