Stuck on getting warm up

Hi EA Support,
I’m experiencing an issue where the game gets stuck at the “Getting Warmed Up” screen and never progresses. This happened after the 26 Update.

Device: Vivo Y03
Operating System: Android 15
App Version: 26.0.01.598297 
Region: Malaysia
Internet connection: Mobile Data
Storage space: 35GB free
Tried steps: Restarted device, cleared cache, reinstalled the game, but the issue persists.
