STUCK ON LOADING SCREEN

Subject: EA Sports FC Mobile 26 – Game Stuck on Loading Screen

Dear EA Support Team,

I am unable to play EA Sports FC Mobile 26 because the game is stuck on the loading screen. Since the afternoon 26th September 2025, every time I open the app, it keeps loading and never enters the main menu.

I have already tried restarting my phone, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and even changing DNS settings, but the issue still continues. Many other players in my region (India, Maharashtra, Miraj) are also facing the same problem.

Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible so that we can enjoy the game again.
