These gems were earned through official gameplay and without the use of any third-party tools, hacks, or violations of the EA User Agreement. After receiving this reward, I proceeded to open five of the 2500-gem packs from the store in one single batch, which I believe triggered an automated flag in the system.
Immediately after opening the packs, the game suddenly logged me out. Upon trying to log back in, I was met with a message informing me that my account was suspended for 28 days. This came as a complete shock since I have never engaged in any form of cheating, hacking, glitch exploitation, or unfair behavior. I have always played FC Mobile fairly and respectfully, investing both time and (at times) real money into the game.

The gems used were legitimately obtained from an in-game reward.
The packs opened were standard store purchases.
