[Technological Issue] Player Exchange Missing
Hello EA Team,
I am reporting a serious technical issue regarding the Player Exchange feature in FC Mobile.
Issue Description:
- The Player Exchange button is completely missing from my Events or Exchanges screen.
- I have confirmed that I meet all the necessary requirements to unlock it:
- I have completed the Kickoff tutorial
- I am currently at Level 33
- I have never used any emulator or unofficial platform
- I have tested this issue across multiple devices, different internet connections, and clean reinstalls. The result is always the same — the exchange feature never shows up.
What I’ve Tried:
- Logging in/out of my account
- Reinstalling the app
- Changing device & region
- Resetting network settings
- Contacting EA advisors (none of whom could resolve or escalate the issue)
Despite all that, the Player Exchange tab has remained unavailable, and I have missed multiple limited-time exchanges because of this.
Why This Matters:
- This is clearly a technical issue, not a user error.
- Other users had access to Exchange at the same time, while I had no option at all.
- It is unfair and frustrating to lose access to core game content because of a platform bug.
📩Request:
Please escalate this issue to the development team. I am not requesting anything unreasonable — only that:
- This bug be acknowledged and investigated
- The missing feature be restored
- I need a definitely response of the technological team have received, and how long will they need to fix it. Maybe just a estimate time
