The game is not smooth and very bad reactions from players in h2h

Kindly i am facing a problem in h2h and almost the whole game entirely as the game is not smooth, very slow and very bad reactions, I have a very good internet connection a very good device running the game easily in ultra graphics but the reaction of the players is very weird and slow and the reaction to my touching is very slow. I play against alot of players and see that they don’t have the same problem like me. Every 30 or even 50 game i play one match that is smooth and normal. So please help
