An army of customers let you guys know within hours of its release that there’s an issue with TOTW players not showing up this week. For once, after a few days an EA representative actually took notice and asked us to try a few fixes and then message them if those didn’t work. They didn’t work. So we directed messaged the EA manager and we’ve heard nothing in response. We’re now about to get a new TOTW and it’s been crickets from EA — no fix and no communication about the status of the issue.
What kind of business are you guys running where you ask people to spend their hard-earned money but you don’t offer ANYTHING in return? This is BASIC STUFF! Glitches happen far too frequently with this game, but we’d be a lot more understanding when they did occur if only EA showed some character and at least owned them and either fixed them or gave users a token gift for the inconvenience/trouble. But putting out a faulty/glitchy product and then doing this 🙊🙉🙈 routine is total horse crap.
