EA acknowledged this issue last week and we were told to direct messageEA_Lanna with our User ID if shutting down the app, the device and clearing the cache all failed. None of them worked for me and I sent a message but have heard nothing back.
At this point we see errors and glitches popping up literally every week. It’s bad enough that EA can’t get their quality control right, but they’ve shown a total inability to fix the problems in real time. This TOTW is nearly expired and still we have no resolution to a glitch that’s nearly a week old.EA_Lanna if you’re reading this an update would be appreciated as most of us are now just assuming we’re going to get shut out of this TOTW.
