Unable to Link FC Mobile Facebook Account to EA

I have created a new FC Mobile account using Facebook login, but whenever I try to link it to an EA account inside the game, it shows a black screen and does not load the login window.

I have already created an EA account with the following email: [edit: email address removed]

Please help me by manually linking my FC Mobile Facebook account to this EA account, so that my progress is safe and I can log in with EA in the future.

My details are:
