Unable to make substitutes

No udates pending
Tried another account and i was able to make subs... Not my account tho

Ever since the update I have been unable to make substitutions in manager mode and h2h please fix it it’s giving the advantage to my opponents since my players get tired

This option in all of modes is off for me and i cant make substitution in game
