Unfair ban of my fc mobile account.
I am formally appealing the suspension of my EA FC ACCOUNT " Despite the message saying "hours," my account has now been completely inaccessible for 6 full days. This indicates the ban is far more severe or an error has occurred. I have already checked my Penalty History, which shows "No history," suggesting this is a device or specific mobile game ban not registered under my main EA account. I kindly request an urgent and thorough review of my account using the following details: Error Code 0x00102710.I believe the suspension was issued in error and illegal therefore I kindly request ea team to unban my account as soon as possible as i don't want to remain banned during the remaining glorious era event please.
